To all parties posting Messages regarding Employees of Starving Racers.com
My Name is Alex Hauber with the RAH computer Forensics and Investigations. At this time we are demanding for everyone to Cease and desist any illegal Slander, Libel and or defamation of anyone associated with Starving Racers. Any Financial Statements or personal Slander will be recorded and filed with the local Courts. At this time it has come to our attention that Personal Financial Statements are being made by Jason Daley regarding William Atwood. This is an illegal action and invasion of privacy. Mr. Daley @ this time we demand that you and all associated parties Cease and Desist immediately and return all company Property within 24 Hours. This includes the restore of the Company Website. If this does not happen then our Office will take further actions against ALL parties on this Board that are making slanderous comments and Jason Daley. At this time the following Criminal activities have been committed!!
Defamation, Libel and Slander Law. Such definition falls under the following
Typically, the elements of a cause of action for defamation include
1. A false and defamatory statement concerning another;
2. The unprivileged publication of the statement to a third party
3. If the defamatory matter is of public concern, fault amounting at least to negligence on the part of the publisher; and
4. Damage to the plaintiff
In this case Section 4 will apply directly to this Case due to Direct Defamation of a Place of Business and its Employees
If you do not cease your On-line Slander you could be responsible for the following
Are e-mail and on-line activities subject to laws relating to defamation?
Yes, laws relating to defamation are applicable to e-mail and other on-line activities. For example, if a person commits libel against you through e-mail or other on-line activities, the publisher, and any re-publisher, of the offensive statement can be held accountable for damages. If the victim is harmed by your action, you can be held liable for his or her losses.

Mr. Daley I recommend that you will call me ASAP so this matter can be settled and closed.

Don't we all feel so special now. ROFLMAO!!!!! It is kinda strange that RAH Computer Forensics is located in Texas, but his number is a cell phone in the Washington, DC area.And by the way, he just made some slanderous remarks about Jason.Looks like we know what kind of people are over at SR now, bunch of kids trying to be big shots.

Wow I kind of saw this type of thing coming....looks liek this is going to get uglier yet. Oh btw this absolutely solidifies my decision that if SR is Jasons I will be Here if not I will be gone.

About 5 Minutes ago i got of the phone with Mr.Daley. HE stated that he at no point has committed any Slander against anybody involved in this Case!! He also stated that he would be willing to provide prove and Documentation that will point back at the other side. RAH Computer Forensics is an independent Party that does research and tries to mitigate issues. At this point we welcome the prove from Mr. Daley and will research the information he offered to give us.
At this point we ask that no negative comments are to be made against either Parties involved and appreciate your cooperation.

Totally laughable. This guy is accusing me of making slanderous remarks and illegaly disclosing Wills financials... Ummmm... What?? haha... I have made not one statement that is untrue. that is not easily accessble by public record or has not been made be themselves in the SR forums..
I will not stop defending myself or giving the true side of the stories they have told. I will not be pushed around by some guy that comes on here threatening me and all of you, without having any of the information necessary to make those types of statements.
I have just spoken with Mr. Hauber and offerd him all the proof in the world. He has agreed to look at it all..including the statements made on the SR forums. Paying paticular interest to the fake screen name they created to go on and make slanderous statements about me.
I demanded that he retract his statement since in actuality he has made slanderous staements about me. He said he would. However I am still contacting an attorney right now.
These boys think they can make up all sorts of stories about me using their fake and real names... lie... show no proof...and then try to intimidate me when I come to a public venue to openly answer all of your question? They are wrong... I am coming out swinging now.. (note to the sheriffs dept, that is just a figure of speech) |

Mr Alex, any first year law student knows that you cannot slander someone on the internet. Slander must be oral.Anything on the internet falls under liable, and even at that, it is under Tort ( that would mean civil, in case you don't know) law, not criminal law. So if you want to come on here and threaten us all, then you better pack your lunch. SR folks stand together and we are NOT behind Jason, WE ARE BESIDE HIM, so bring it on brother.

Ok..well I just spoke with the DA here and asked that an investigation be opened into the slanderous remarks made by Mr. hauber at RAH computer forensics. I am pressing charges against him and his corporation. I have also named Will Taylor and Brian. With all of the things they said about me on the SR forums and the fact that they created a fake screen name to commit slander (traced back to their home IP), and the admissions they made to a few key people..It should be an open and shut case..lol
Then comes the Civil suit!!!
All i wanted was to defend myself against the lies they were telling... now im really pissed. (Sorry for the language) |
