Hey ya'll and im sad bc my grandfather is in the hospital
but it's ok,I think he will be ok.
Well I am a little bit more happier bc ANUBIS YOUR HERE !!! HEY MONKEY BOY !!!!!!! WHERE YA BEEN && HOW ARE YA ??? Sorry and no offenseto you winggirl or Jman26 I just havent talked to him in a while !! So MONKEY BOY.....Talk!!!!! =]

oh i have ben bustin my butt trying to get my quad finished for this weekends open practice on sunday so i can at least ride...i only have a few more things to do to the quad and she is done......how have you been...sorry to hear about your gpa.....hope he is better soon.....

Ya'll racing the car this wekend.David got a call last night ot drive one of the mini stocks at huntsville.Not sure if it'll work out since we have so much to do.

We won't be racing the car this weekend but we WILL be at the Late Model Sayre race to watch for sure !! Oh,Really when ??

I'm about to do an experiment for my exercise science class...
we're testing the effects of different drinks on exercise.. so basically i have a drink half an hour before exercise, then again an hour before to see differences. We're doing water, coffee, Red Bull, and those 5 hr energy drinks.
I've done the coffee and water, so tonight's the Red Bull.. it's actually a sugar-free Amp and it's disgusting. I'll probably throw up on the bike (which I have to do for an hour). But we're measuring heart rate every 5 minutes and testing the effects.

It's a double header-Saturday at Sayre,Sunday at Huntsville.Sayre will probably be rained out.
Late models will be at Huntsville on Sunday.If we can work it out David will drive on Sunday at Huntsville.
