| If you got control of the site back but didn't have a financial backer would the cost be to high to keep the site going as it was after the points went off? |

im not sure what you mean by this?

Without a financial backer I could not do it on my own.
Maybe I missed this but, why won't Jim let you have the company in exchange for long term return on his investment up to the point when all this started?
Im not quite sure. Jim and I have never had a father/son type relationship. I do not think he cares about that so much as he does using Wills money to keep it going and him achieveing an even higher percentage of ownership. Jim and I but heads big time on the way a business should be run.. I believe I look at long term..and he looks at immediate monetary gain |

| yeah 1 grand a month...500 for the web company and 500 for the dedicated server...needed the dedicated server because of the ammount of people coming on all the time. |
