Ok so #1 you just changed some thoughts i had....you are showing me that you are gonna fight and not just roll over and die. Thank you for not giving up on us.
#2 I missed a crapload and only got half of the story and most of that was unbelievable. I can honestly say that from what i was hearing from Will and Brian that I thought it was bull from the getgo but, I didn't know who to trust because you were unavailable.
#3 Here's my question......this "investor" is this a done deal with him and is the contract signed. What would make him back out? And....last but not least, if you can't regain full control over everything SR in name, logo...etc, are you going to come back under a different name?
I do want to thank you for coming here and opening yourself up to some possible shot.

I think I have all the connections right or am I wrong? When I first called you in like novemeber I thought you said it was YOU, Your Dad (Jim), and a brother that started it....by brother did you mean Johnny West as in California Brother???? lol  |

Jeremiah,
The money ran out. Just 3 days before the big party Jim sold one of his cars because we needed the money. Unfortunately our fight happened 2 days later and none of it went to SR. But yes..it appears the money ran out. |

| Rob, The investor is not a "done deal" I went to someone that had a bad business deal with Jim in the past and approached him with it. His only stipulation is that Jim is not involved. Or so he says. If I can not gain full control I believe I would have to just walk away and not try again. First of all it would mean they got control and a competeing site ran by the guy that was squeezed out..wouldnt work... and a competeing site would not quite hold the same level of advertising and sponsorship quality due to the dilution. |

Okay, Jason I didn't wanna ask this because I couldn't figure out how to word it where it wouldn't look like I was accusing you. So here it is.
Jason, you are/were the president of Jim's mining company right? Shouldn't you have been able to see that the finances simply weren't there to support this type of program? Or was that "above your pay grade" so to speak?

| No it was right in my paygrade... I knew the state of the mines finances and the money coming in... I did not know exactly what Jims personal finances were.. I was led to believe they were alot better. I could not exactly "cross colatoralize" the mine and SR because of Investors in the mine and responsibilities to them. |
