Thanks Quadgirl. I am glad you understand but wish there was no problems to begin with. I am considering (if I can not get all of this resolved) Giving the starvingarcers.com domain name to the racers that spent so much time on the site... at leats then you all could keep your relationships going in the site.

I believe with all of my heart that there is a chance to fix this!! I think the hard part will be earning everyones trust back.. that would be the only hiccup. The program takes nothing but money for a year... and a bunch of people that are dedicated to it. Based upon the business platform I created..the program itself is easy to recover..trust is not

Jason, if it works out that you can get things straightened out, do you feel that you will be able to offer any proof per say regarding the slander form the others....I know that may be tough one in this situation

So is Johnny West sticking with you in this deal? I mean if SR gets back going with you at the front will he be with you or the other guys?

Also, if it gets started back do you (Jason Daley) have full rights to use starvingracers as your name? Of course you would have to get financial backing....but I hope you get what I am asking.

I will provide any proof in any form possible to prove their lies were nothing more than an attempt to make me look bad, so they could essentially take the program... ANY PROOF you want.

No my hope is to regain control of the program completely and move forward with an investor I have talked with.

If I can not get rid of them I will only turn over the domain name and my interest in the true company that owns the trademark on the logo and name..if they can prove to me how they are going to run the program successfuly.. I will not allow a program I created to continue if they do not have a viable solution for running it. I wont let anyone else get hurt.

If they can not prove to me that they have a viable plan..I will either hold the domain name for myself..or turn it over to you all..

hey jason, I'm just very upset about the shutdown, I miss blogging and keeping in touch with so many who have not yet found this site. Like many others, I'm torn with all the drama. So much was said, but never backed up. I just wish we were not punished as well for all of this, meaning the whole site in lockdown. I dont care about the items or the points, I just loved being on SR everyday for so many hours a night. For me sounding weird or not that site was my "escape" and it became apart of my daily life/routine.
And yes it will be very tough for many to have the "trust" in the site after all of this.I had many e mails of angered, upset and confused people. I was called crazy a few times because I had faith in SR and hopes of everything turning around.I was bashed on my own e mails by some saying "we told you so" or "we knew it would fail". I'm a very caring and understanding person and so many know this, but right now I'm trying to deal with this mess.
