I'm at a loss of $850 and a kart chassis now. Jason's phone is off and I all I could get out of Will or anyone is just hang in there... So before you think you got screwed or something look at my situation

Yeah, that's pretty srewed up there John. I forgot about that deal you had going on. I hope that gets worked out for you. That one is painful!

No you wont get him on the phone right now as he has no phone. He still gets his email jason@starvingracers.com . I had lunch with him and his wife today. As to how this all turns out I just don't know.
JS I hope that you get your money, you definitely have one of the larger dollar amounts on the table. Regardless of who you believe what I do fear is if Jason is not at the helm and the others get their way that they do not honor your deal because Jason set ii up???? Just a thought since these are the same people who started banning/threatening those that talked or texted with Jason off sight. I hope I am wrong on that.
My suggestion to all is hang in there and be careful who you believe. I have made my choice and I have shared my impression of the situation. Truth is I only know what has been said and dont have any hard evidence. But if Jason and Nicole were doing what has been said they are hiding it very very well.

I wish you the best of luck with this situation. If it were me i would be making a trip to cali and someone wouldnt be none to happy once i got there but thats me. You might just want to get a big jar of vaseline. |

You CAN get a hold of Jason, you just haven't used all of your resources yet. I just talked to him today a little. One thing you could try is myspace. |

John if I was in your situation I'd be on the phone 24/7 trying to recover your loss of funds my friend. Don't let this slide one bit. I'd say if the name StarvingRacers.com lives on they have to honor the deal. Do you have anything in writing / e-mail on the deal? |

Thank you for lettin me know the email works! I'm gettin pretty worried at this point because race season is right around the corner. The deal was made on the phone with Jason to take the $850 from the kart that went to Jeff and use that to get myself a new chassis all through SR. I have $807 saved up and then the $850 from the old chassis if/when I get that back. That can at least get me a Phenom so I will be rollin for the season. But like I said it was on the phone so no email for, there were PM's on SR forums, but my box filled up so much it was emptied almost daily.

I'm not trying to call you out or anything sily like that, but why are you so quick to turn the table and go against Jason? He was the one who started the program idea and got us our stuff...
I'm on neither side, I'm still in the middle, because all I have seen is he said, she said, but it seems you believe Brian, Taylor, and Will more than Jason at this point. Is there anything we are missing or something?
