I can not give you a clear answer..but I did talk with someone today that will remain nameless. Me either but Jason has to take care of his family and if he feels this is whats best for him and his family than so be it....who knows what the future holds. I sure woudl like this to be with Jason though otherwise I wont be pat of the program anymore.

| Thanks for the support guys... But even I would still use their program!!! lol... Might as well get sponsorship help right? You dont have to be friends with them..just let them buy you stuff...lol...Jeremy is right..I have to do what ever is right for my family..and these guys are fighting dirtier than I like.. I can handle it..but it does take a toll on my wife and son..and it dosnt look like they are going away..it appears their strategy is either they get it all...or nothing for anyone.... its sad... This was my dream..I started the entire SR deal.. (with Jims money yes) but this was my dream...they had nothing to do with it AT ALL...and there was mountains of work involved before they ever even knew about what i was doing... Leeches!!..ok ok ill stop...sorry |

| I would need all of the files back..and Jim to either relinquish his shares (he was issued shares because he was supposed to fund the whole thing) or for him to allow me to buy him out...Thats All I need. I have an investor in place (which of course isnt a for sure thing..but he says he is all in and can do it)...... |

I don't get it...if they didn't want anything to do with it, then why don't they just give it to you? It seems that they don't even care about the program, so I don't know why they would even want to continue with it. I know I won't go back unless you're there...I don't trust them.

will work for race car parts!!!! i wont like it,..an ill probably get banned,or DQ'ED,but id take the free parts as far as i can!!!!!!trust,no,..but would stick with it till i knew there were no parts left for me,...
the only way sr will ever be the same is if every body involved in management worked out there issues an got back to busness,..but thats not gonna ebber hapin.....

Not sure if you were serious... but if you were would you want support from (or represent) someone or something you don't agree with? I wouldn't.
To me sponsorship is more than just parts or $$$, It's a partnership of racers and supporters helping each other.

Just wanted people to know that everyone who donated to my son that wanted their money back got it and while I appreciate the refunds they included some immature & derogatory comments directed at my (14y/o) son or the person (fan) requesting the refund. Very professional way to run things. If you saw my previous post that was one example of what is being said.
My son was also banned from the program with the comment "There are hundreds of racers that will take his place."
Banned  , why & from what? He did nothing wrong, he’s a 14 y/o kid who worked the program by the rules was rewarded for doing so. The adults didn’t trust how/where there money was going when SR melted down & wanted it back.
At close on his way to his second goal he left behind 6247 points, you all know what it takes to earn that. Those points combined with the exposure we've given SR I figure someone owes us (Dr. Evil) one million dollars. so the refunds and being banned I guess is a wash.
What sucks is now I will have to continually look over my credit score shoulder as someone still has my Social Security Number. They still have yours too so be careful.
Jason, for what is worth, I don’t believe the comments made on the refunds were from you, they are immature & out of character from the guy I sat with in your office at SR.
That’s it, were out, the stickers came off the car last night. Sad how it all worked out, I hope for those who stick around & have money in it or awards due that they pay off. It is a great concept, I hope it survives.
I wish every one of you racers a good season and if you’re one of the guys that gets to race in the Chili Bowl, I’m jealous. That race I saw on Speed last night looked like a blast.

You know that is another thing I have wondered. I am guessing they would but with some sort of agreement you would not talk to Jason etc...I am not willing to do that. I would not be all that shocked if I end up having to pay them for my last award. I love the program and think it is a great idea but in the end there is more than one way to skin a cat  ...... |

Doug after seeing what was said to you and your son regarding the refund I completely agree and is the very reason we will not be back if SR is not under Jason's control. Parts or not I refuse to promote someone that operates in this manner, I do not tolerate it at the races and our team is not of this type of character so we do not wish to be associated with those that are. As you and many others I have promoted SR so in essence SR is a reflection of me.....The current attitude of those in control does not reflect well. We are holding tight to see what happens but that is our standpoint.

Jason, I understand what you are saying and I think it really shows where your loyalties are..."to the racers"....but here is something to think about. Every sponsor that a racer may have will be assosciated to SR by virtue of exposure.....I think that some may have an issue with the current state of those operating SR and may pull their sponsorship form a racer if they are associated. The way that it looks like "they" are going to operate is not in any buisness's best interest.
If they are willing to make snide comments on a refund and do what they are doing to you what is going to stop them from doing the same to either a racer or a racer's sponsor....sorry man cant do it form that perpsective.
Hey speaking of which I need to talk to you at some point there is something I wanted to pass along for after this all settles out....you have impressed someone to an extent with your personal vision and conduct. Could be the door to something else so hang in there brother.

Hey Jason! My name is Nathan Kreider. I was only on the SR site for about two months when all this happened. I was only about 1000 points away from getting my new helmet that i need very badly! I have not sent in my paperwork yet. I did not want my SS number flying around someplace with all this happening. I really enjoyed my time on the site and met alot of really nice and cool people. Any idea when the program will be secure enough to send in my paperwork and when the points will be back up? Thanks for your efforts!
