Yes, it's chambered for 5.56/.223 rounds. I shoot Remington .223 55 grain full metal jacketed boat tail bullets. That's what I like. Although the 62 and 67 grains are better for stopping power. When I was in the sandbox first time around (no discussion further then that) We used the 55 grain FMJ's our troops were using 55's but the lil bastards lived to squeeze of a few more rounds at our boys so they upgraded you guys to 62 and 67 grain FMJ's with the M-4's
D12 funny thing about that comment is, I have a friend that is involved with the Michigan Militia that works at the post office! |
quit using that remington crap...help me get my job back...buy federal!!! |
How many more rounds you want me to buy....I have about 1,000 rounds of Federal. Not to mention that's what I shoot in my shotguns...... |
about 150,000 more please...i miss working at federal cartridge.... |
What did you manufacture? All calibers or just certain ones?
Kattitude........I'm what many would consider a gun nut! I've been called alot of things really but what I'm most proud of is that I'm an AMERICAN and that means I'm a believer of the Constitution! I love my country and all that the flag stands for! Thank you for having the belief that everyone has the right to keep and bear arms! |
Well I was personally involved in the nickel plating of all calibers and primer cups, plus i was involved with inserting the primer cups into various calibers during my time there....my buddy timmy...haydes663 on the original sr site, is a bullet assembler for 40 cal rounds |
What doesn't make sense to me...with the gun sales being as high as they have been in the past year, with the shortages of ammo like we have right now......why the hell are you laid off? Not to mention that we still have our troops engaged in battle overseas? _________________ Rob Gray

HERE'S a weird piece of information....
Don't ask how I came about it lolol... but on facebook, Will's sister is in our SR group, and I wanted to see if we had any friends in common... turns out she's friends with "Alex Hauber" of Dallas / Fort Worth, TX...
At least they didn't waste their money on that guy huh? LOL _________________ Here's to SR getting back on it's feet, eh?

I agree with Jeremy (polarcub) We can all stand behind Jason and start up a new and better SR (even if we have to call it something else).
IT CAN BE DONE. |
OMG--Mr. Alex, better take off running and not even look back, 'cause the TKM is gonna hunt you down like the dog that you are. LOL |
The SR Hitsquad baby! Bang bang! |
