I edit them in "Paint" to resize the "Stretch and Skew" in "Image" and knock them down to 40 - 60 - 80% ... What ever gets them to the right size...

Just download this program called Irfanview (type it in on google lol)

Its free, and you can resize pics and do all sorts of stuff with it... Really easy to use...

Ive been using it to quickly resize stuff for over 3 years
