Is this their idea of the truth? Why would we go back now with them in charge? At least Jason spent like 6 hours on here last night answering every question we could throw at him. Thanks for that!

I'm aware, but, as was already stated, libel is a civil case. |

it appears somebody got in over their head when they decided to threaten us all...
Mr. Hauber, Since you now refuse to answer my calls I have no choice but to notify you on here that i have spoken to the DA's office with regard to your company, the statements you made about me and your threats.
I have also just gotten off the phone with a civil attorney and we will be moving forward to file an injunction and temporary restraining orders against you and your compnay as well as Brian, Will and Taylor.
We then intend on moving forward with a civil suit with all 4 parties named seperately.
I appreciate your attempt at intimidation, however... your threats will not work when I am the one that holds all of the proof. |

Jason, it didn't take much for them to get in over their heads.Snakes are pretty low to the ground.Mr. Hauber, if you want to come after me, go ahead, I welcome the challenge, heck I might even fly to CA, TX, or DC just to b***h slap you.Best thing for you to do, is to leave Jason and ALL my friends at SR alone, or better yet, just leave.

I am pretty sure this is an open forum in which we as american's have a right to view if we choose or not view if we choose. This is a free country and we have 1st amendment rights.....
Basically I am to the point of really wanting will, taylor, and bryan to come one here and answer questions. How would it hurt them to tell us their side? |

You called me ones and i was busy but thats ok!!! As i can see you made a statement earlier that you are willing to provide me with prove to the conversation we had earlier!! So now you are retracting that offer!!
About the restraining Order!!! I have not contacted you at any Time which in that case would make an restraining order insufficent. About the Injunction for what? Also at no time did i ever threaten you or try to intimidate you. During the whole conversation as a matter of fact you made verbal accusations towards me(In regards of People @ SR) and stated you can prove all of them!!! I on the other hand asked you questions and you responded rather aggresive!! You talked about one SR Persons Background in regards to character and also spoke about your Famiky Relations. I have never asked you any of these things!!!
