Sorry, I was on all day at work and forgot to log in, I was one of the guest logged in.
Jason, it's good to see and hear your side of the story, I was always kinda was skepticle about SR, now if you get this up and running again, I will support SR more than I have, not saying I never did, but you made yourself more credible to me. Thanks, for clearing it up. |

it could work..but with the state of the economy..if i was not able to get any sponsors or advertisers on board for enough money..or bring in a legitimate financial backer..it would prob equal a bunch of lost money for the racers after a year. |

I'm just hearing the fact that Jason is a pillar of the business community and I believe that this can be rebuilt or relinquished and put a different twist on it that creates an ownership of many rather than a few. I teach my boys that what they work for they respect and so by having everyone pay a nominal fee it would keep the negative people from wanting to contribute...Why can't this work? |

the "drug stuff" as you refer to it is their attempt to discredit me i assume. I will admit I have not always been an angel. But I left that life behind in 1997 and joined the ARMY. I do not use drugs except for coors light. I have stated to all involved including jim that their accusations were B.S. and I would openly submit to a drug test at anytime to prove my point. I even offered to submit to a hair folicle test to show how long it has been. My only stipulation was that Brian, Will and Taylor do the same thing. I got no response |
lol...I literally laughed when I found out about that. Same with stealing money for child care or something...pretty ridiculous _________________ Davin Phillips |

it could work..but with no gaurantee that the racer would ever see a return. Since it would be based upon the speculation that advertisers and sponsors would sign on... How would everyone feel after a year of putting in their time and money...if SR were to just close down because no advertisers or sponsors jumped on board to help... That would be worse than it is right now.. |

I agree that it could create a bit of a different attitude........I think if the membership fee could be kept very low and be for the purpose of keeping the basic site open and in no way meant a racer would be guaranteed parts it could work. The networking ability of the the site is phenomenal. I alos see what Jason is saying. |

LOL, there was a free drug testing add at the bottom haha.
for sure, I would check and see if there are any big names intrested, motosport, dennis kirk, maybe even a couple of the older racers like Malcom Smith? |

I wish I had more questions... but everything I've wondered has pretty much been answered in emails...
Is it safe to assume now, that you're no longer involved in the mining company either? But that Brian still is part of it? _________________ Here's to SR getting back on it's feet, eh?

All right Jason, you said you would ask direct questions but wouldn't start talking about things not asked. I read your post on Caleb's blog, but just can't remember everything. So what happened with Brian and the mining company? Is it true that you brought him in for financial backing, he became good friends with Jim, and then they proceeded to "steal" Starving Racers from you?
Basically, why did the "split" happen? |

Yes I am no longer involved in the mining company.. and yes Brian is now involved. He has been promised a huge salary. 7 figures annually.... Guess that kind of money can make you turn your back on people quickly. |

Same here, to me now its a matter of getting the program on its feet again, and Jason I know how you feel about it but I will not be a part of SR if your not the controlling factor. I just cant see promoting someone who had already done bad buisness in my mind. Maybe the "others" will get the idea of course I also know they feel we can all be replaced......they might be suprised.
Jeremy
PS dont forget Speed scene will be on in aobut ahalf hour, they will be having highlights fromm our race last weekend |
