| My wife Karen has been taking care of all the "HR" needs of my business, including payroll, taxes, scheduling, etc. However, Karen has recently accepted a full-time job, so there are several issues I need to figure out. For example, I have 13 employees working out of three locations and I also have seasonal employees from approximately April through October. As I'm usually out in the field and/or visiting with customers, I don't have a lot of time to deal with all the "HR" issues. So, I was wondering if anyone associated with this forum has a suggestion as to a good source of software I could use to prepare employee schedules. I know that this task would sometimes take Karen up to four hours per week, so as I don't have that kind of time, I need an answer! Thanks for any suggestions! |
