Well as far as I'm following what's going on, many valueable and elite sites are losing PR and many sort a useful and quality sites gained PR.
Look at this sites...
Statcounter.com
csselite.com - PR7 before look at it now
alivedirectory.com
avivadirectory.com two of most respected and valued directories lately.
this is just what I've found in a couple of minutes from my favourites.
what's going on, what do you think, is this update just a penalization or smth new from G.
