A couple of days ago I posted the following post below. Well, like the song says I was having a bad day and for whatever reason the thread about donating to bring the site back up crawled all over me. Anyway, Zach is not happy with the post because he likes the friends he has made and to be honest the people on SR were not the problem, the owners were.

Anyway, from time to time we all have to eat crow so I had a nice soup bowl full of crow today. So if you guys don't care I would like to print a partial retraction to the post below.

I am still frustrated about people donating money and Zach working to get his points for basically nothing but after thinking about JSracing29 and Passmore's story we didn't loose as much as some.

So, with that said if you'll have us we would like to hang out with ya'll and whatever happens with SR then that is fine. We will just stay fans and hang out in the forums.

I guess I will be banned after this post and if so then so be it. I agree with you White Trash.
I am offended at the question itself. Donate money to get the site back up? Really?
I just want the $170.00 that was donated by my family, friends, and one of my sponsors back that was given during the last two weeks before the site shut down. All of you that know that Zach and I we were huge SR supporters but each day that goes by I get more upset.
I had family donate money that didn't even have it to donate but did to help Zach. My cousin lost his job and still donated $50.00 to Zach. He called me the other day because he went to blog Zach and saw that ridiculus note on the home page. I felt like an a$$ trying to explain that one. "Sorry dude but you might as well have flushed it"
This is going to be a NO from us. Not until we get a return on our first investment and I do not mean blogging, posting, and the hours Zach spent on the site, I mean the MONEY that was donated and is now in SRPOPS pocket.Ya know what...... I am done. I cannot do this any longer. Go ahead and kill our user name and delete us after this post. This thread did it for me. I cannot believe someone would ask that of anyone here. Donate Money - WOW? We will not be back.....EVER
Winggirl, Anubis, Moto53, JSracing29, Bridgmon, You guys have been great and really nice to Zach and I appreciate it but this was too much. I wish all of you the best of luck in the future.

we all had a bad day the day sr shut down! no harm...i had to go to the first road race with my old chasis and old stuff and it showed. racing against all those big factory drivers and get a new chasis and motor every other race,,,,stank! no excusesi wa...if old speedy would have ran, i know i could have been up there with them. i was building up my points so i could get my new chasis (my first ever new one) out of layaway but it aint gonna happen.
here is what my mom says...should it have happened? yes cause it did. doesnt mean its a good thing, but if you cant change it just try not to sweat it. i know easier said than done.
