Webber's Red Bull team has claimed one victory this season, equaling Ferrari's tally while McLaren have two triumphs to their name.
However, Ferrari's win and the first of McLaren's two could have been Red Bull's had it not been for reliability issues hampering Sebastian Vettel.
As a result, Red Bull are third in the battle for the teams' trophy on 73 points, 36 behind Championship leaders McLaren.
"It can take one weekend. We know the points system fluctuates very, very fast," Webber told Autosport.
