Yep, unfortunately we moved into a house with no garage. I miss my big shop I used to have. I pay $165 a month with heat and electric. I used to have a big race shop which was 2 RV bays without the dividing wall. We could get 3 racecars in there with all our tools and equipment and have plenty of room to work! We even had an office space and a loft. I miss it but it cost to much to keep up with on my own and it seems that partners never paid their rent. It's a little tight in this unit but it'll make due for now. Someday, "when my ship comes in" I'll have a pole barn bigger then my house! I keep praying to hit the lottery but.........the big guy upstairs ain't biting yet! _________________ Rob Gray

Thanks. The interior is going to be black. The guy who is doing the tin work gets a heavy discount on white and black aluminum. I think it's gonna come out nice when it's finished. _________________ Rob Gray

I hope you never have a wiring problem at night in the dash. LOL I was and still is under the keep the interior a light color. If you have a problem with wiring or whatever at night it will be easier to see. Not to mention a black interior is hot in the summer. |

I shouldn't have wiring problems....shhhh don't say that, I was plagued with electrical probs in 2006! I have all new switches of better quality and instead of single wires for everything I bought a wiring harness from QuickCar. I don't care about the black being so hot cuz I'm such a cool dude anyway! Plus I have a a helmet set up for forced air and NACA ducts that I'll attach cooling hoses to to blow air on me! _________________ Rob Gray

Sounds like you thought all about this ahead of time. Why in the world would you want to make a plan BEFORE you build something? Your supoosed to plan as you go. _________________ brokeassracing@ymail.com
