yes but your COLD is different from our COLD we get really chilly it's only 50 here and it's not that warm lol

whats up Ken? Glad you found it!! I am forever greatful to JohnnyB for putting this up and giving me a chance to tell my side of the story...
Yes Caleb..I will still be coming on here to say hi and hang out..i Still have hopes for SR lol...and Im not complaining at all but I have 118 bucks to my name..they left me with nothing..and I have rent and bills and a wife and son to pay...so i gotta find a job...lol
every bit of free time i have will go to recovering SR though..you better believe that. |

ok first of all welcome back jason. I'm glad you are on here with your side of the story.One thing i haven't seen addressed is that we all signed a contract, what happened to those and who is liable for fulfilling those contracts. I'm sure there are a lot of us that fulfilled our end but haven't received what was in the contract....not trying to be an a** but i am just curious.....nice to see a lot of the sr people on here...

As far as the Contracts go.. Vicarious Motorsports Inc (the real SR) is responsible. The problem is Jim has taken all of the contracts to his home (i assume). Even if there was money right now to purchase everything that is owed BY CONTRACT... I dont have any of the files  |

As 1/2 owner of VC Inc, shouldn't you be entitled to the contracts just as much as Jim is? So basically he is being a ball hog right now? lol

yep...in my opinion he and they have nooooo way of making this work..I believe they are incapable of running a program like SR successfuly. So i believe the motivation now is 'WHO CAN WIN"... I truly want to make SR work and I believe I can SR is my passion... But i do not think they have the same intentions..
Yes Winchick... as far as I know the files are at Jims house.. Thats where they were the last i heard from them...
Yes I am entitled to them as the president...but I have no way of making him give them to me without an attorney. I have gotten an attorney to deal with all the crap and stuff like that... but thats a seperate issue and he is doing it on contengency.. A suit like that has "no big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" as my attorney said and he would want BIG BUCKS.... so I am kind of stuck |
