Ok I finally read through all 36 pages, every word, even what the free forum guy had to say LOL
Jason I have a bone to pick with you, mind you I have not said anything except on my son's blog about damage control after the email that was sent out by you if I understood one of your earlier posts correctly.
You sent that out to EVERYONE! Including FANS! We (Cordell and I) worked very hard to get people we knew that may not have been that interested in racing but wanted to support him so that we could have the min # of fans to satisfy the rules and it will be very hard to get them back on board with coming back regularly to support him and not loosing their accounts for not being on for 2 weeks etc. My point is I think that a reasonable request would be to waive that requirement for 6 months or so for people to get back what they lost because of an email that probably not sent with a rational thought as to the consequences of who it was being sent to.
I have refrained from commenting anywhere until now, I appreciate you coming on here and giving straight forward answers, that sound much more like a business man than a bunch of kids. I really hoped that any day I was going to open the mail box and we would get the item that we had requested and reached the point goal for. But what I see is if you do get control back, You will probably not get all the paper work back etc and this concerns me as well as others because if the things you tell us are true then my son's information is in the hands of some people that can't be trusted. That concerns me, no matter how much you try to reassure us that it is safe. |

I have a question Jason, if you covered this already and I missed it sorry. Is our social security numbers still safe and sound? |

Actually he said that they were in the control of the people that pulled all this, so like I said if they can pull all this crap then I have my doubts. |

I'm not going to go back and look for it but he said SRPops has all the info. , The info is Safe. I'm sure he'll be on here latter on. If your really that worried about it you might want to look into this http://www.lifelock.com/default.aspx?promocode=cj[/url] |

No it was right in my paygrade... I knew the state of the mines finances and the money coming in... I did not know exactly what Jims personal finances were.. I was led to believe they were alot better. I could not exactly "cross colatoralize" the mine and SR because of Investors in the mine and responsibilities to them. |
Back on topic... Apparently brian was led to believe they were a lot better also? I mean if he was promised 7 figures... jim can't afford to keep SR going, HOW was he supposed to support the 7 figure deal with brian? _________________ Here's to SR getting back on it's feet, eh?

I asked him the same question and he replied that SRPOPS (Jim Daily) was in possesion of the W4 info and that he believed that the info was safe. |
