Yup, do it to each set. Not really sure what you're looking for, but you can do it by hand with "plug and chug". Pick an x value, plug it into the equation, and find the y value. You'll notice at x=2 and x=-3 you can't solve, and that's where the asymptotes are.
do those 2 tell me the x asymptotes for each line?

Yup! At those 2 points you make your vertical asymptotes(man that's a funny word!)

For all equations, you find your x asymptotes by setting the denominator(in this case (x-2)(x+3)) equal to zero and solving for x. Horizontal asymptotes are a different story, and honestly I've forgotten how to do them.

Let me know if you need any more help Sean!

Rob, let me know if you want me to confuse you some more! Laughing

The best thing to do with school, is relate everything back to racing the best you can, then it will make sense

haha well thats good! Definitely seems like its working... I know it worked for me lol

What was always weird, was I always did just kinda ok in Math and Science, but English and History I killed it haha

For example, I took English 1, 2, 3 and 4 in High School and my lowest average in any was 90

I took World History, Civics and US History, World: I made 90, Civics: um... 79 haha... and U.S.: a 98

But then math and science... oh, Id rather not go into detail haha
