Look, Im not trying to be a jerk or anything...
but, for everyone who is wondering what the deal is...
I'll say this AGAIN
Go to the Infinity Arts site...
They have it there as an EXAMPLE OF THEIR WORK.
Why it has everything up until the site went offline, I dont know.
but its not being ran by IA, its not back, its not being ran by anyone, its an example.
I MIGHT be wrong but Im pretty sure they have it set up as an example of their work.
Sorry if I came off like a jerk, but Ive already said this before lol

It depends on the original agreement. They can leave it up as an example, but SR could complain about them leaving the site functional. I doubt that they will complain, but they could, unless Infinity Arts retained all rights to the design. Then there's nothing SR could do about it. |
