No, some us are just being realistic, and one of the things wrong with America is everyone wanting to sue everyone else over little things. If you feel the need to sue, go for it.

Trash I totally understand why you feel tha t this is the best course of action for you....If you feel that strongly that you need to pursue a legal course of action then go for it. I am sure that others would join you.
I am out a whole lot of time myself and I spent 1200 dollars on shirts to sell to raise money fo rour team...guess what no one wnats a shirt with SR on it now...so while we sold a good number I have not recouped what it cost to get them made, my sponsor Trail Glow made SR panels for our car and was working on some SR stuff for others guess what they are out too.
You asked for an opinion and you got them....if you think that is spineless and some of us are taking a stand that a class action suit is not what is needed, then you need to re read what you typed...this is what makes America what it is and what I have spent the last 18 years of my life contributing to.
Thi smeans you can go for your class action suit, I and others understnad why you feel the way you do...while SR was not the only avenue for us to get some help we had incorporated it into the tools and trust me it hurts, we may have to pull out form a couple of races this year.
Good luck on your quest and like I said I am sure tha tyou can find others to join.

Jeremy

I lost $25.00 and my mom lost $160.00.It's more trouble to try and do something with little chance of ever seeing anything in our case.I may be wrong but,too much going on in my life to mess with that. As for $1200.00 that would be different and I would persue that individually. I feel like this really hurt alot of innocent people most of which were kids, like David Jr. trying to get something he needed to be ready for racing earlier in the season. The cost of the seat he needed was a major set back in time,he just made his first race on June 6th.

I really feel bad for ALL the KIDS that were let down by the program. I pray God will bless them ALL.

And also wish you the best of luck, sorry I don't get much time on LRC right now cause they blocked it at work. Crying or Very sad

It is quite funny that you bring this up, I have been talking with Jasons dad about the rubber check that was writin to a racing organization in our behalf. He told me to just send a copy of the check and it would be taken care of. That was the begining of summer. I have not seen anything as of yet. I need it taken care of baddly.

As far as Jason goes, I want his ass to call me, ASAP !

This whole thing is crazy, but as of right now I still believe that Jason got the short end of the stick.

As far as my family goes Amanda is still kickin ass. I am not so lucky 8 weeks ago I was Diagnosed with Soft Tisue Sarcoma (Cancer). I had surgury to remove the one large tumor and 3 of its friends, 18.5cm of tisue was removed. I also had a short round of Kemo. To help prevent and kill any others. We thought everything was good untill 2 weeks ago Thursday. My neck was injured at Long Beach Marine Stadium 2 seasons ago. They were just doing rutin Xrays before starting the injections. The Doc saw something he didn't like and ordered a ultra sound. Yep it was another tumor. Now don't get me wrong I am still racing, just raced 2 weeks ago in the Parker 300. 46 boats started and 14 finished. I was the last to start and the last to finish. It took 5 years to finaly complete this race and a ton of money.

So any recovery of funds will help us. As insurance does not cover everything. I am also in need of a Sponsor for the season. I will be racing for the Comp Jet Title again this year. I expect to finally get it as long as I keep all the cards in my favor.

Thanks
Jim
